In a report from The Buffalo News, Mayor Brown announced that those with the Buffalo Roam mobile parking app can park for free at metered locations between 11 a-m and five p-m.

Anyone who signs up for the program today is also eligible to receive two-dollars and 14 cents off their next parking session until the end of the month.
