10 Fun Activities You Can ONLY Do In WNY This Fall

When you think of your favorite fall activities, what comes to mind first? Everyone does fall a little differently, but this is a list of things that you can only do here in Western New York.

Which fall activities do people love the most?

YouGov just did a poll to find out which activities Americans are looking forward to the most this fall, and to be honest, it was a little disappointing how many of them had to do with Halloween.

The number one thing to do was to watch scary movies. Also on the list was to take a child trick-or-treating, picking out a pumpkin, displaying Halloween decorations, getting a Halloween costume, handing out candy on Halloween, and more. It was almost all Halloween activities!

Don't get me wrong, I love Halloween, but it's only one day in the whole season. Sure, you have the time leading up to it, but once it's gone, fall isn't over. In fact, it's just hitting its peak!

This list is bigger than just Halloween

I'm not even a fall person. I'm more of a summer fan and I've always joked that fall was where summer goes to die. But I can also appreciate that fall has a lot to offer too. If you're looking for fun things to do this fall, we put together a list of fun activities that involve more than just Halloween (Sure, there's a Halloween activity on there, but it's just one. How could we have a list of fall activities without ANY Halloween stuff?).

What's even better is that all of these places are only here in Western New York. You might be able to do these things anywhere else in the country, but not at these places that we've grown to love throughout the years.
