80’s Cult Classic Movie Screening Coming To Life At UB

80's movie nerds are going to love this one, as one of the biggest movies of their childhood is getting a screening and a Q&A session with two of its stars this spring.

Get ready for "The Goonies" to take over UB's Center For The Arts

The University at Buffalo has announced that they will be showcasing a movie screening of the 80's pop culture hit movie "The Goonies" at UB's Center for The Arts on Saturday, February 7th at 7 pm. Tickets are available now.

To make it even better, they're going to have a Q&A session with Cory Feldman who played "Mouth" in the movie, and Kerri Green, who played "Andy." They'll have a chance to talk about some behind-the-scenes things that most people have never heard, and they'll give you the chance to ask some questions too.

What is "The Goonies" About?

If somehow you've never seen the movie, it's about a group of misfit friends who find a treasure map by accident in their attic. Their neighborhood is about to be demolished so they decide to follow the map to find the treasure of One-Eyed Willie and save it. They have no idea about the dangers that the booby-trap-infested map will uncover. And they're doing it while being chased by a family of dangerous criminals who also want to find the treasure.

If you love movies about nostalgia, and coming of age, and adventure, you'll love "The Goonies."
