Governor Cuomo Tweets About The Bills Win Against Seattle
The Bills were the talk of the NFL on Sunday evening, with their 44-34 win over the Seattle Seahawks, who came into the game with a 6-1 record and possibly the best offense in the league.
Bills quarterback Josh Allen threw for over 400 yards, while wide receiver Stefon Diggs had over 100 receiving yards.
The win not only impressed Bills fans and the rest of the league, but also New York Governor, Andrew Cuomo, who tweeted high praise of the Bills game on Sunday.
It's pretty cool but a lot of people here in Western New York are still wondering when (at all) fans will be let back in to Bills Stadium?
It seems that possibility is looking less likely, since it's already November and we're over halfway done with the season, plus the COVID-19 numbers are going back up in the Western New York region. The positivity rate in Erie County on Saturday was 4.8 percent.
Cuomo said on Friday that it would be irresponsible letting fans into the stadium at this point. He's set to make an announcement on Monday, regarding the COVID-19 cases in WNY and a plan to combat the spread of the virus.
