Ever since I was a teenager, I wanted to own a ranch and be a beef cow farmer. I had a secret desire to one day be a pro rodeo announcer as well. However, now that I am closing in on forty years old, it's becoming more of a dream than reality.

My dreams now are about making enough money to give our son Hank some land someday. Perhaps he can go on to be a successful cowboy? Perhaps even a rodeo star?

Truthfully, I would be proud of our boy no matter what path he chooses to be successful on.

In the mean time, a dad can have hopes. I put together this quick song I like to sing to Hank called "Hank The Wrangler." Someday he can look back and show our grandkids what grandpa had in mind for his future.
