Fans In Western New York Praying For Hank Williams Jr.

Country music fans in New York State are sending prayers, and hoping for a speedy recovery, for Hank Williams Junior. Hank Williams Junior is 76 years old and recently had to cancel a few shows due to health concerns.

Hank Williams is the son of Hank Williams Senior, legendary country music star, singer and songwriter. Hank Jr has had a legendary career in both rock and country music and is considered one of the living legends in all of music. According to a post on Facebook, Hank is dealing with some health issues and will have to cancel some upcoming shows and hopes to be back on the road soon.

In the post, Hank's team said that: "We're sorry to share that due to illness, Hank Williams Jr. will be unable to perform". The shows impacted have already been rescheduled.

Hank Jr. has gone through his share of health related issues and injuries. In 1975, Hank nearly died when he fell from a cliff on a mountain in Montana! I believe it was like a 500 foot drop.

I have been a huge fan of Hank and his father‘s music for years. In fact, our oldest son’s name is Hank! I have seen him on a few occasions and always have been pleased with his show and hope that this will resolve quickly.
