Carly's Club has launched their holiday gift campaign, and they need your help!

Clay spoke with Robin from Carly's Club and asked how you can help:

Here's all of the info:

Each year, the outpouring of generosity and kindness from community supporters like you help Carly’s Club spread the joy of the season to children and families affected by cancer....Below you’ll find further information about our holiday gift campaign, how to coordinate your donation and the date of our holiday celebration at which we hope you’ll join us to celebrate the season.

The Carly’s Club Holiday Wish List is now posted on www.CarlysClub.org. The list will be continuously updated, so please visit and check back often. The wish list will be comprised of requested items from our Carly’s Club members, but will also give you a glimpse of this year’s popular items and toys, so please use the list as a guideline as much as possible. To safeguard our patients’ health, please ensure donated items are new, in their original packaging and are stored in clean, dust-free environments until your drop off.

Please consider purchasing a gift card as part of your donation for those Carly’s Club members who love to shop for themselves. In 2012, 50% of the children attending the holiday party asked for a gift card as a wish list item. Some great ideas for gift cards for our members include Target, Toys-R-Us, Wal-Mart, Game Stop, Kohl’s, Best Buy, iTunes, VISA or MasterCard gift cards, and Regal Cinemas. You can view all gift card requests on the Carly’s Club Holiday Wish List online. We greatly appreciate gift card values that are multiples of $5 up to a maximum of $25 per gift card.

We truly appreciate your generosity and support during this special time of year, but please keep in mind the few items we graciously decline: Candyland, Chutes and Ladders, infant toys, and stuffed animals. Also, we kindly request that all donated items remain unwrapped.

Often, due to rigorous treatment regimens and specific health restrictions, many Carly’s Club members are not able to be with us for the holiday celebration. Please consider purchasing a few additional items not included on the wish list. Your generous support will allow Carly’s Club to extend the joy of the holidays to patients who are unable to attend the party.

Each year, Carly’s Club at Roswell Park Cancer Institute is touched by your heartfelt kindness and thoughtfulness. We consider ourselves fortunate to have you as our friend in the fight against pediatric cancer. We wish you health and happiness for the upcoming holiday season.
