Lancaster VFW/Amvets Post 7275 is hosting its 5th annual Daytona 500 bash this Sunday, February 26th to help raise funds for present and future veterans.  It includes a basket auction, door prizes, 50/50, free food and more. Doors open at 12 noon and admission is free. Open to the public. Plenty of parking. Anyone can make a donation to help the cause.  Lancaster VFW/Amvets Post 7275 is at 3741 Walden Avenue in Lancaster.

Also this Sunday Buffalo State's Television and Film Arts hosts it 10th annual Night at the Oscars from 8:00 p.m. to midnight in the Campbell Student Union Social Hall.
Interviews and photos of guests in semiformal/formal attire will take place on the red carpet before airing the 89th Academy Awards on a big screen. The Marquee Band will provide pre-show entertainment and refreshments will be served.
Tickets to the event are $10. Students with ID are admitted for free. All proceeds will benefit the TFA program. For more information, visit the TFA Facebook page
