His name is Alex Tanney.  He was the starting quarterback for Division 3 Monmouth College in Illinois and went undrafted in last week's NFL draft, but he'll be attending the Buffalo Bills 3-day rookie camp beginning next Friday.

He won 39 of the 47 games he started in college.  He's a 3-time Midwest Conference Offensive Player of the Year and holds all kinds of college football passing records including the all-time career record for touchdown passes with 157 and the Division 3 record for career passing yards.  He holds almost every passing record at Monmouth including career touchdown passes, career completions and accuracy.

Aside from the records, what may set Tanney apart from most quarterbacks is accuracy.  He and some friends put together a video to show off his talents and it's pretty incredible.  There's no way of knowing how long it actually took to acheive some of the feats he did, but he did them.  The audio isn't very good, but you won't believe some of the things Tanney can do.  Check out the video.
