As a pet parent, there is no worse feeling than realizing your pet has gotten away from you and you don't know where they are. So many people consider their fur babies to be a part of their families that having a lost dog or cat can be devastating. When I'm on my "neighborhood" app, many of the posts I see are people looking for their pet or people who have spotted a lost pet. Unfortunately, a lost pet can end up in the wrong place or with the wrong person and never be reunited with their family. Fortunately, there are groups here in Western New York whose sole purpose to help connect lost and found pets.
