The Buffalo Bills moved quickly after learning that Tre White would miss the rest of the season due to an Achilles injury.

Monday afternoon the Bills announced that White would be out for the rest of the season after hurting his Achilles in the Week 4 win over the Dolphins. White has been with the Bills since being drafted in 2017.

The Bills made a small move to add to the defensive backfield. The team announced yesterday that they have signed Cornerback Herb Miller to the practice squad.

Miller went undrafted in the 2019 NFL draft and has been on several NFL teams. He has played for Tampa Bay and Cleveland and was on the practice squad of the Kansas City Chiefs and the Carolina Panthers.

So far during his NFL career, Miller has recorded 11 tackles and has had one interception in 17 games. He was part of the Super Bowl winning Tampa Bay team in 2020.

Multiple Buffalo Bills spoke about White's injury and the impact he has had on the team since he came to Western New York.

It was a scary site when Bills Mafia saw Tre White get hurt in the 3rd quarter with a non-contact injury. The whole team came out to surround him and offer support as he was helped onto a cart before being taken off the field.

The Bills are back in action on Sunday in London to take on the Jacksonville Jaguars.
