There are certain jobs that need to be done everyday and if they aren't our lives would be in chaos. The problem with these jobs is that we are so used to them getting done, we only notice when it doesn't happen.

So, we want to give thanks to all the people who do "Thankless" jobs everyday, people like these:

Pothole Fillers - The only time we think about potholes is when they rattle your teeth when you drive over them. As soon as they get fixed, you stop thinking about them. Have you ever thought about the person filling those potholes? Probably not. This is a thankless job espically when the weather is bad.

Snowplow Drivers - Most people only complain about the lack of snowplowing or that the drivers piled the snow too high by their house. These drivers are up early, driving on dangerous roads to clear them for you, so you can safely get where you need to be. Most people are annoyed by snowplows on the road, but you wouldn't get anywhere without them.

911 Dispatchers - Every thanks the police and firefighters who show up to help take care of issues, but what about the people who get them there? 911 dispatchers work long hours, talk to people going through their worst moments, and many times never know how things work out.

Restaurant Cooks - Most times, you never meet the person cooking your food. You will see the host and wait staff, but never the kitchen staff. They work hard so you can go out and enjoy an amazing dinner or lunch. Without them, a lot of us would be eating bland foods.

Youth Sports Coaches - We live in a world where we all want to win now, even at 4 years old. Many youth coaches are volunteers and give up their time to make sure your child gets better and has fun. Some parents just drop their kids off at practice and games, while others are WAY too into it. I coached for many years and know that this is a thankless job.
