Bills' Jordan Phillips Thinks Thursday Will Feel Like a Home Game

We're just over 48 hours away from the Buffalo Bills week 1 game in 2022.

The Los Angeles Rams host the Bills this Thursday night at SoFi Stadium for the NFL's Kickoff game of the 2022 regular season.

This could be the best matchup the NFL has ever seen for the now traditional Thursday night opener, which always pits the Super Bowl champions at home against a contender, which happens to be the Bills this season.

Home teams have only lost this Thursday night opener four times since its inception back in 2002, although it did not become the game we know now (hosted by the Super Bowl champs) since 2004.

Bills fans are wondering how much of the crowd at SoFi Stadium will be red, white and blue?

Bills defensive tackle Jordan Phillips was asked by Thad Brown of WROC in Rochester about how excited he was about his first game back with the Bills, even though it's on the road.

Phillips says there's no guarantee it won't be a home game on Thursday.

I'm expecting a whole lot of Bills fans at SoFi Stadium this Thursday.

It's the longest possible road trip for Bills Mafia and it's one of the most expensive tickets in the league (if not, the most expensive), but considering the expectations and the fact it's week 1 against the Super Bowl champs in front of the entire country, many fans did not want to miss this opportunity.

Expect a ton of Buffalonians in the crowd at SoFi Stadium.
