Allen and Fitzpatrick Hype Up Buffalo Restaurant on National TV
It wasn't perfect in the 4th quarter but the Buffalo Bills held on to defeat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Thursday Night Football.
Buffalo win 24-18 in a game they mostly dominated, especially in the second and third quarters. The offense finally looked their themselves, as Josh Allen spread the ball around all night to different receivers.
Gabe Davis caught 8 passes while Stefon Diggs caught 9 balls. Khalil Shakir caught 6 passes and rookie tight end Dalton Kincaid caught his first career touchdown pass. The defense had a problem getting home to Bucs quarterback Baker Mayfield, but the Bills got the job done and improve to 5-3.
During the postgame show on Prime Video, Allen joined the set with former Bills quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick.
Fitz gave the crowd what they wanted, and took his shirt off. It was an iconic moment.
Both Bills quarterbacks were also quick to mention their favorite restaurant to the crew, when asked about the Buffalo food.
Josh and Fitz said how much they love Mulberry Italian Ristorante, which is a famous Italian restaurant in Lackawanna.
They said Mulberry sometimes opens just for the Bills players and they love their wings and lollipop lamb chops.
Fitz has said before Mulberry is his favorite Buffalo restaurant and when he's in town, it's a must-go destination. I'm sure Fitz went there at some point over the last two or three days.
The Bills next play at the Cincinnati Bengals at Paycor Stadium. It's the first visit to Cincinnati since last year's January 2nd game, which was postponed and then cancelled, due to Damar Hamlin's cardiac arrest.
Bills Mafia will be watching this Sunday's game between the New England Patriots and the Miami Dolphins. If the Pats win, the Bills will take control of first place in the AFC East.
