Buffalo Bills mandatory minicamps is underway at One Bills Drive in Orchard Park. It will go through Thursday, and is the final off-season workout program.

The Bills will be back at training camp in late July at St. John Fisher.

Normally, the media is talking about football but that has not been the case lately. On Tuesday, it boiled over and One Bills Drive became ground zero for Stefon Diggs talk.

Bills head coach Sean McDermott announced to the media that wide receiver Stefon Diggs was not present at practice but the rest of the players were there.

McDermott said he was "very concerned" that Diggs wasn't there. We assumed that Diggs had not shown up at all to One Bills Drive this spring. However, a report from Adam Benigni and Vic Carucci shortly after said Diggs was at the team facilities yesterday for his physical.

Diggs was there but left before practice this morning. That means Diggs left due to some reason. His agent said that he will be at minicamp for its "entirety."

Even though Diggs did not practice on Monday.

Josina Anderson is reporting that the Bills and Diggs have had internal discussions lately and this is not about money.

They expect Diggs to be there tomorrow.

Then Josh Allen added more speculation with comments that admitted that they're "working on things internally."

This is clearly not about money. Diggs' contract was recently extended and his dead cap hit makes him unmovable in a trade.

This is something off the field related, which may be related to what happens on the field: winning, the path to winning, dedication, etc. -- whatever the reason(s) are. Again, we don't know why Diggs left the facility on Tuesday.

Hopefully, this is not a rift between Allen and Diggs. We will see if Diggs is there tomorrow.
