The Buffalo Bills are getting ready to play the Miami Dolphins in week 2 of the 2021 NFL season, as they look to even their record to 1-1.

Week 1 didn't go as planned for the Bills, coaches, or fans, as they lost 23-16 to the Pittsburgh Steelers at Highmark Stadium last Sunday.

Most of the talk this week has revolved around what the Bills need to do to beat Miami and how they have to play against a very good Miami defense, but there was something that happened off the field that had Bills fans talking on social media.

Bills' second-year running back, Zak Moss started his own podcast back in May and his first guest on the show was Bills quarterback Josh Allen.

Allen and Moss talked about the Bills, fans, Buffalo, and everything in-between. Allen even talked about his pregame rituals and superstitions.

Allen said that one pregame ritual he has is throwing up after pregame warmups before they come out for kickoff. It may seem strange to some fans, but I do know quite a few professional athletes who do the same thing before a game.

Allen also said that he doesn't like to at on gamedays. Allen listens to "old-school" music before a game, such as Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr., and Elvis.

As for superstitions, Allen says that he has to have the right sock on the right foot (the same goes for the left), and he has to have six loops left when he tightens his shoulder pads.

It's really interesting that Josh listens to that sort of music before a game. You would probably think it's upbeat, newer stuff to get hyped up, but Allen said he likes to be relaxed before a game and doesn't want to get tense.

The Bills play at the Miami Dolphins this Sunday at 1 pm.
