Josh’s 2013 ACM Awards Picks

The 48th annual ACM Awards are this week, live from Las Vegas on Sunday (April 7) at 8 p.m. on CBS.  Eric Church has the most nominations going into the night and most likely will (should) walk away with an award or two.

Here are my picks (who I feel should win) and "industry picks" (who probably will win).

Entertainer Of The Year: Nominees -- Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Miranda Lambert, Blake Shelton, Taylor Swift.

My pick: Taylor Swift. "Industry Pick": Blake Shelton.

Male Vocalist Of The Year: Nominees -- Jason Aldean, Eric Church, Luke Bryan, Toby Keith, Blake Shelton.

My pick: Luke Bryan. "Industry Pick": Blake Shelton.

Female Vocalist Of The Year: Nominees -- Miranda Lambert, Martina McBride, Kacey Musgraves, Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood.

My pick: Carrie Underwood. "Industry Pick": Carrie Underwood -- hopin' these guys get it right!

Vocal Duo Of The Year: Nominees -- Big & Rich, Florida Georgia Line, Love & Theft, Sugarland, Thompson Square.

My pick: FGL or Love & Theft. "Industry Pick": Thompson Square.

Vocal Group Of The Year: Nominees -- The Band Perry, Eli Young Band, Lady Antebellum, Little Big Town, Zac Brown Band.

My pick: Let me first say that all of these bands are super.  I'd love to see the ZBB win, but if Little Big Town or The Band Perry wins, I won't be mad!

New Artist Of The Year: Nominees -- Florida Georgia Line, Jana Kramer, Brantley Gilbert.

My pick: FGL. "Industry Pick": Brantley Gilbert.

Album Of The Year: Nominees -- Carrie Underwood (Blown Away), Eric Church (Chief), Taylor Swift (Red), Luke Bryan (Tailgates & Tanlines) Little Big Town (Tornado).

My pick: Damn, this is hard! Eric Church or Little Big Town. "Industry Pick": Taylor Swift.
