Jury Delivers Guilty Verdict For Hassan

It took only one hour for the jury to decide that Muzzamil Hassan was guilty in the second degree.

It took awhile for the trial to begin and it lasted a couple weeks, but it only took an hour for the jury to decide that Muzzamil S. Hassan was guilty of murder in the second degree.

"There is absolutely no doubt that the defendant killed his wife  intentionally," said the prosecutor. "He was carefully and deliberately planning to kill her." (WGRZ.com)

Hassan reportedly sat looking at the jury as the verdict was read and he delivered little to no reaction.  He was lead out of the courtroom in handcuffs and will now be sentenced on March 9, 2011.
