Kenmore Native Is Headed to the 2016 Olympics in Rio
The Olympics in Rio just a got a little closer to home! Anita was a member of the Tonawanda Aquettes synchronized swim team and has a pretty impressive resume of awards, with the most recent (obviously being) named to the Olympic Team.
The synchronized swimming events take place towards the end of the Olympics in Rio (August 15-20), but you can follow Anita's journey on her Twitter account and Snapchat!
The 2016 Olympic Games in Rio run from August 5 to August 21 and can be seen on the NBC networks.
