Lady Antebellum’s Hillary Scott, Dave Haywood Are Both Expecting!
It's a Lady Antebellum baby boom! The trio's Dave Haywood and Hillary Scott are each expecting their second children.
Lady Antebellum announced the big news in an Instagram post on Thursday (Aug. 17): "Well, #BabyBellum Round 2 is on the way!" they write in the caption of a photo of Haywood's son Cash, Scott's daughter Eisele and Charles Kelley's son Ward. Haywood's wife Kelli is due in December, while Scott (who is married to drummer Chris Tyrrell) is due in February.
Scott and Tyrrell were the first of the Lady Antebellum couples to have a child: Eisele, their first child, was born in 2013. In 2016, Scott revealed that she had suffered a miscarriage in the fall of 2015; the song "Thy Will," released with her family, was inspired by the event.
Haywood and Kelli welcomed Cash, their first child, in 2014. Kelley and his wife Cassie, meanwhile, had Ward in early 2016, after struggling with conceiving for a number of years.
Lady Antebellum are currently out on the road for their You Look Good World Tour. They released a new album, Heart Break, earlier this year, after taking a self-imposed hiatus in 2016.
