Panera Bread has reached a deal to be sold this week and the company will go right to private instead of being a public operation. The company was bought out by the same firm that owns Krispy Kreme, Keurig, and other coffee brands Peet's and Caribou. You may just see more Panera products in stores and shops now too!

(JAB) might seek to expand Panera brand products available for sale at retail. The company currently sells an estimated $150 million in retail products annually, according to UBS, representing only a sliver of its business", according to WGRZ.

The firm, JAB will buy out all of the stocks for $315 a share and assume the nearly $340 million in debt.
