Making “Hanksgiving” Pies with Clay and Hank Moden

With Thanksgiving coming up, we needed to come up with a good dessert to bring to the big feast. What better place to find the perfect dessert than Market in the Square?

We thought that instead of buying a pie for Thanksgiving, we would make one instead. I couldn't do it without my trusty sidekick Chef Hank, and we got to find out from our friend Danielle exactly how to make and bake the perfect apple pie for "Hanksgiving".

This is one of my favorite memories so far of being a dad! I remember baking in the kitchen with my mom the week of Thanksgiving. Recording this with Hank (and a special appearance from our son Teddy) will be one of the things I cherish forever!!
