There is a massive alert from one of the most popular fast food chains in the world that may impact New York State.

For many families, a quick trip to McDonald's, or other fast food places, is the easiest option. There is a new alert from the food giant that relates to a particular menu item.

According to s string of reports, there is a possible E.coli contamination in the McDonald's quarter pounder.
The CDC says on it's website that: "McDonald’s has stopped using fresh slivered onions and quarter pound beef patties in several states to protect their customers while a source of illness is confirmed".
As far as the symptoms, the CDC says that patients who have E.coli contact "Most people infected with Shiga toxin-producing E. coli experience severe stomach cramps, diarrhea (often bloody), and vomiting".
There have been many recalls and alerts this year. From deli meat, to waffles, the CDC is constantly updating and keeping is aware of any possible dangers.
