One of the biggest indoor markets in Western New York and one of the busiest during the Easter Season will now have a bigger police presence.

Yesterday Buffalo Mayor Bryon Brown was on-site when the new Buffalo Police Substation was opened at the Broadway Market.

The Substation will be open seven days a week and city officials hope that the added police presence will encourage people to shop at the market year-round.
