There is a new gun law looming in New York State.

We don't know yet if Governor Cuomo will sign a bill that has been proposed regarding guns that can't be detected.

If passed and signed by the governor, the new law would make it illegal to manufacture or posses any gun that is made by a 3D printer.

According to Metro Source News:

The law would make it illegal to manufacture, sell or have 3D printed or plastic weapons.  Supporters of the measure say those firearms can often pass undetected into secure buildings or onto aircraft, putting public safety at risk.

Anyone caught breaking the law would be charged with a felony. It was last July that Governor Cuomo was Tweeting about these types of guns.
