There is a website where you can enter your license plate number and see if it has been caught by a Flock camera. The website is called HaveIbeenflocked.com, and it uses public records to see what license plates have been recorded on Flock cameras.

When you log into the site, you will be asked to enter your license plate number. If it has been recorded by a Flock camera, you will get a message like this. It gives you the details about the recording.
