New York State McDonald’s Are About To Be Mobbed

There is massive news this week for those who have little ones at home or love a good promotion. There is a toy that is about to land at various McDonald's in New York State that will pack the drive thru line with hopeful kids.

There was always something special about mom and dad taking you to McDonald's to get a Happy Meal. It seems that it happens more frequently these days as families are busier than ever. A quick trip for some fast food is much easier than planning what to have for dinner and certainly easier than making it when there are so many things going on with the family.

But this is one promotion that will have kids begging to get a Happy Meal. Starting the week of Christmas, at various locations, the toy in a Happy Meal will be a Squishmallow!!

According to reports:

Each character comes with a unique playlist created in collaboration with Universal Music Group, accessible via a QR code on the Happy Meal box.

What is a Squishmallow? Wikipedia describes them as:

Squishmallow is a brand of anthropomorphic stuffed toy that was launched in 2017 by Kelly Toys Holdings LLC. Squishmallows are round and come in a variety of colors, sizes, animals, and textures.

We have four kids and although we try to keep the fast food to a minimum, a trip to get a Happy Meal is a something that we treat them to every now and again. They LOVE the Squishmallows and no doubt we will be trying to get our hands on them.
