There is a massive local winery here in New York that is now for sale and if you have a couple of bucks laying around you could own it.

By a couple of bucks, I mean $12 million dollars. This winery which is located in Niagara County was recently listed for sale on Zillow for $12 million dollars. But for that price tag, you get more than just the grapevines.
