NY State To Waive Physicals For High School Fall Sports
Kids who are looking to play a fall sport in High School will be able to skip having a physical this summer.
According to the Buffalo News, the New York State Department of Education will let school students skip having to have a physical this summer if they already had a health exam for school in 2018 or 2019.
Students will also have to update any health history as well.
In past years, every student-athlete needed to have a yearly physical prior try-outs.
