Pi Day Rib Dinner Supports WNY’s Veterans
There is a great and delicious way to support local veterans in the Western New York area. Amvets post 7275 invites you to join them for a BBQ Baby Back Rib Dinner on March 14th.
The dinner actually begins at 12 noon and will be served until sold out. Bring cash and pick up your meal in the drive through only.
Since the beginning of the pandemic a year ago, there have been plenty of chicken BBQ dinners and fish fry dinners. A pork dinner is a bit of a twist and who doesn't love celebrating PI Day?
PiDay.org describes Pi Day as:
Pi Day is celebrated on March 14th (3/14) around the world. Pi (Greek letter “ π ”) is the symbol used in mathematics to represent a constant — the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter — which is approximately 3.14159.
Plus, there is a NASCAR race on that day as well. If you are a fan, grab a dinner at Amvets and be home in time to watch the Cup race at Phoenix!
Helping the Veterans in our community is something we all should feel a responsibility to do. We are forever in their debt for their courage and bravery to protect our freedoms and the things we enjoy.
