The Buffalo Sabres are giving out free signs in between the first two games of the second round against Montreal.

It is like what they have done the past couple of times where the Buffalo Sabres organization is going to be at certain Tops locations throughout Western New York.

What time will the free street signs be giving away?

It is only going to be happening this coming thursday, May 7th at these four Tops locations from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

  • Orchard Park Road, West Seneca
  • South Park, Hamburg
  • Maple at North Bailey, Amherst
  • Elmwood Avenue, Buffalo

Last time they did this before the beginning of the playoffs the line was out the door at each location.

It is first comes first serve but they do have tons and tons to give away so don't think that if you're not there in the first couple minutes you will not get one.

The West Seneca location on Orchard Park Road will be the prime spot for Buffalo fans as last time they had Sabretooth and other alumni there. If you are going to this location on Orchard Park Road in West Seneca make sure that you use the Slade entrance. Buffalo fans are very nervous that the Montreal fans are going to come take over the Key Bank Center for the first game coming up Wednesday night. In fact Montreal fans have been posting on social media that the Buffalo arena is now going to be called the mini Bell Center according to the Canadians fans.

Tickets for the first game of round two are absolutely cheap compared to the first round of playoffs in Buffalo when tickets were wild. Now, they are about $250 on average on secondary market for Wednesday night's game.
