Just in time for the holidays here is a new email scam to look out for and this time it's targeting Netflix users.

The email is of course, designed to look like it is coming directly from Netflix. It will tells the subscriber that their account has been suspended because of some trouble with billing on their account. Users are then told to sign back in, update their credit card information and restart the account. Netflix will NOT ask this of customers and if you are even the little but suspicious about an email sent to you from a company it is always best to call their customer service line and confirm the email and request is from the company.

More than 100 million Netflix subscribers have been targeted so far, but it isn’t known how the emails were obtained. You can see a sample of what the email looks like over at Deadline.
