Should The United States Stop Giving Aid To Pakistan?

Did you know that the United States gives 1.3 billion dollars in aid annually to Pakistan?  I had no idea the figure was that high.  The Pakistan Government claims they had no knowledge of Osama Bin Laden hiding out in their country. Seems strange that Bin Laden lived in a military community for almost six years, yet Pakistan's military says they had no idea he was living there.
