I couldn't be more inspired to be a part of the Ride For Roswell than I am this year. Having been a part of it for the last few years and being a partner with Roswell for my entire career, I can't wait to get back on the bike and join the thousands of other riders who support the fight against cancer! My friend Dave is battling stomach cancer and I have personally witnessed the care that Roswell Park has offered to him. From meeting with the doctors on a regular basis to his bi-weekly chemo treatments, I have been more than impressed by the comfort and care that has been given to Dave. He is one of (if not THE strongest) men I have ever met. I wear a bracelet in his honor that states "No One Fights Alone." I think that is one of the best ways to describe the effort and support that he routinely gets from the people inside of Roswell Park.

Dave is more than just my friend, he is family. The battle he is in is tough, no doubt about it. But, we are working together as a family and more specifically, as a TEAM to overcome the struggles along the way.

Because of events like Ride For Roswell and donations from the community, research and developments toward a cure can be obtainable.
