I know, it feels like it's snowed at least a little in Western New York every day in February. Unfortunately, it won't get much easier over the next five to six days as multiple systems move through the region, including Saturday night, where 1-3 inches of snow could fall.

But Monday and Tuesday will see the bigger worry. According to WGRZ, a Winter Storm Watch has been issued for all of Western New York from 7 a.m. Monday through 1 p.m. on Tuesday.

The heaviest snow should come during the Monday evening commute until the Tuesday morning commute, where travel could be very difficult. Right now, forecasts call for at least 9 inches of accumulation possible and on top of the snow we will see Saturday night, that could mean a foot or more by Tuesday afternoon.

But wait -- there's more.

There's another storm system on the way for next Thursday. Snow, strong winds, and even a sleet/snow mix could be in store for this weather system, so be prepared.

Temperatures will also be below normal for mid-February, so it'll feel like the dead of winter next week.

If you have to drive Monday evening until Tuesday morning, be sure to leave plenty of time and drive extra carefully. We'll be on the lookout if that Winter Strom watch is upgraded to a Winter Storm Warning as we get into Sunday. Here's to hoping next week is winter's last hoorah.
