The Buffalo Bills are well into the off-season now, but many of the players are back at One Bills Drive this week for organized team activities.

The 2023 NFL Draft is coming up next Thursday and it feels like a normal workday for those inside the Bills organization, as the media is back covering the team as well.

General manager Brandon Beane and head coach Sean McDermott held press conferences on Tuesday, updating the draft preparation, Damar Hamlin's return to football activities, and about changes with the roster.

One thing that has been mentioned is the absence of star wide receiver Stefon Diggs.

Diggs is not in Buffalo for these workouts but it's unclear why the Pro Bowl receiver has chosen not to attend this week. We also don't quite know who else isn't there, as these workouts are not mandatory with the CBA.

Josh Allen was asked about Diggs' social media posts and absence. Allen said he has no worries and that "Stef is gonna Stef."

Allen added that Diggs wants what's best for the team.

Diggs famously was seen upset on the Bills sideline in the midst of the AFC Divisional round loss to the Cincinnati Bengals this past January. He also left the Bills locker room before the media had a chance to speak to the players.

There's no doubt that Diggs is frustrated with the way the Bills' playoff runs have ended in the last three seasons, but he's still the number one wide receiver and expecting him to be there for the Bills at the start of training camp in July.
