The CDC has new warning s against washing your raw chicken.

The spread of certain bacteria happens when you wash chicken and other meats in the kitchen. I normally go straight from the package to the hot grill. But i do recall my mom soaking and washing the chicken she made for us. I miss those days of Shake and Bake dinners!
