Anchor Bar expanding outside of Buffalo

Ivano Toscani took the brand of The Anchor Bar and really began to share it with the rest of the country and today, he has passed away.

Anchor Bar opened up a new location in New York City over the weekend, but the grand opening didn't go quite as planned.

The new location will be the 11th for the growing chain of restaurants and the fifth outside of Western New York.
