There are always new CD's coming out. Recently, Nashville has made the switch from releasing albums on Tuesdays to releasing them on Fridays. This month we've got a couple of stand out albums to tell you about.

Last weekend Brett Eldredge came through Buffalo with Darius Rucker at Darien Lake.  While he was there, he held a "selfie party."  So for our picture we could either have someone take a regular picture or he would do a selfie with us.  Knowing he's such a big user of the app Snapchat, I decided to ask if he would do that with me instead.

There's so much to do the day of the big show when it comes through here in Buffalo.  Our Taste of Country show has been a sell out the last few years, and we are proud of the show that we are able to bring in.  There's a lot that goes on behind the scenes that you don't get to see.  This is a little of what that looked like this year.

Brett Alan hosted a party over the weekend and it did not disappoint! The food was delicious and plentiful and the beer...and pepsi was cold! After a wonderful afternoon of socializing a round of flip cup was suggested and of course I jumped...

The big day is almost here.  Walk A Mile In Her Shoes kicks off this Sunday (April 26th) and we are getting ready!  I even got a custom made pair of shoes for the big day!

We are so excited about this year's WYRK Toyota Taste of Country!  It's just a few weeks away and we've added some cool things to this year's show, including a Dream Experience thanks to one of our incredible sponsors – Dent Neurologic Institute.

You may have seen the video of the koala that stopped to take a picture on the street in Portland, Victoria that we posted earlier.  When Brett saw the video he jokingly started doing his best impression.  We have recreated that moment for you here.

I had no idea that Lifesavers had changed the 5 flavors that they put in their 5 flavor package.  Did you?  I noticed when I popped a green one in my mouth and it definitely wasn't lime.  I guess I wasn't the only one.  Watch Dale struggle with it too!

So here we go...we're three weeks into the new year and I'm still holding on to that resolution to make myself healthier.  I promised that I would open my life up to you and give you some of the things that I do and that continues this week with being prepared.

Last week, I posted that I was going to make some changes to my life.  It starts now.  I promised you that I would hold myself accountable by posting videos of some of the things that I was doing.  So here we go, it's video number one of what will hopefully be many.
