When you get approached by a panhandler asking for money, how do you respond? Are you the person that digs into their pockets, or do you just keep walking?
I don't know much about this restaurant, the owner or their garbage problem. But, I do know that the owner is restoring faith in humanity.

This guy who makes YouTube prank videos decided to set up a fake lottery for a homeless man named Eric, who bought a lottery ticket. He faked a win for him by giving the clerk $1,000 to give to Eric.
There's no question that homelessness is a serious problem. In some parts of the country, it can be a killer with the snow and the cold. We complain about panhandlers in the medians and on the street corners. It's easier to look away than it is to look at the homeless and panhandlers.
