New Yorkers Walk by ‘Homeless’ Child in Freezing Cold and Do Nothing [VIDEO]

This video is labeled as a "social experiment."  Let me say that the people that produced it normally make "prank" videos.  So there's no telling whether or not it's real.  I actually hope it is fake.  In the video you see a boy with a sign that says that he's homeless.  You can see plenty of people walk right by him as he lays on the sidewalk in the 5 degree temperature.  But one person does stop...
