Teens Are No Longer Allowed To Do This In NY State

It was announced yesterday that Governor Cuomo had signed a bill prohibiting teenagers from using tanning beds. Now, anyone under the age of 18 will no longer be allowed to use indoor tanning services.

There is one loophole - if you are between the age of 16-18 you can still tan with permission from your parent or guardian. The outright ban will remain for those under 16.
