The Buffalo Bills are in the home stretch of their 2021 regular season schedule. They play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers this Sunday at 4:25 pm and after that, will have just four games left this season.

At 7-5, Buffalo holds the final spot in the AFC playoff picture, but still have an 84 percent chance to make the postseason according to ESPN stats.

We know the Bills mean a lot to the Western New York community. They are part of our everyday lives and when Sunday rolls around (assuming it's not a Monday or Thursday night game), Buffalo basically stops everything they're doing to watch them.

According to up to date local TV ratings, the Bills are number one. In fact, the numbers are almost mesmerizing.

Nearly half of the Buffalo market watches the Bills every time they're on TV.

For reference, anything over 25 is considered a good rating, and over a 30 is great. The Bills are at 46, which proves just how important they are to the Western New York community. The Buffalo ratings beat out football hotbeds like Cleveland, Pittsburgh and Boston by 10.0 or more.

The Bills game will be a highlighted matchup this weekend on CBS, as they will get the number one crew of Jim Nantz and Tony Romo calling their game against Tom Brady and the Buccaneers. Usually, a game that starts at 4:25 (vs. 4:05) is considered the game of the week matchup on CBS and FOX.

The Bills could use a win, but for playoff picture purposes, it's actually not the most important game left -- that would be New England, and even the Jets game to close the season is more important for division and conference record purposes.
