The Buffalo Bills Are Huge Favorites Over The Miami Dolphins This Sunday
The Buffalo Bills had their bye week yesterday, and while resting is important, there's no doubt that the Bills have their eyes set on the Miami Dolphins at Highmark Stadium next Sunday.
The Bills are coming off a heartbreaking loss to the Tennessee Titans on Monday Night Football last week, which ironically, marks the second-straight season that the Bills went into the bye with a crushing defeat. They went into the bye week coming off the "Hail Murray" in 2020.
Still, the Bills played a good game all things considered against the Titans and their four wins have all been blowouts. Many experts are still calling the Bills the best team in the NFL, and Vegas agrees that they're a team to be reckon with.
The Bills are currently 13.5 point favorites over the Dolphins at Highmark Stadium this Sunday, which is also Halloween.
Any point spread over 10 is considerable. Any point spread two touchdowns or more is monstrous, and the Bills are just about there with this spread.
The Dolphins have had a miserable start to the 2021 season. After winning the season opener at the New England Patriots, Miami has dropped six straight. The offense and defense have both underperformed, and the biggest question mark is second-year quarterback, Tua Tagovailoa.
Tua has been hurt most of this season, but he's not played like a fifth-overall pick should. Yesterday was actually a good statistical game for the former Alabama quarterback, but a last second defeat at the hands of the Atlanta Falcons made the postseason this year more unrealistic.
The weather will be cool on Sunday in Orchard Park. High of 55 degrees with a low of 46 is currently forecasted, with a slight chance of showers. In other words, a pretty stereotypical fall day in Western New York.
Kickoff will be at 1 pm this Sunday.
