The annual Jam in the Valley starts today and runs through Saturday! Going to the show? Here is what to expect for weather.

According Channel 2's Patrick Hammer, things will start to cool off a bit. However, that does mean we will see a few showers and thunderstorms pop up before the cooler and drier air moves in.

WNY has had heat advisories for the better part of the week. Wyoming County, the home of Jam in the Valley in Varysburg, should experience a breeze that will push storms through the area from later afternoon through early evening.

According to Metro Source News:

A heat advisory will once again be in effect today for parts of the region.  Temperatures are expected to be near 90, but with the humidity it's going to feel even warmer.

Keep in mind, drink plenty of water. Friday and Saturday look just about perfect for an outdoor music festival!
