This Might Be the Most Buffalo Tattoo Ever [Photo]

There are two things that Buffalo is known for, Bills Football and Chicken Wings. This tattoo but local artist Scott Howard might be the most Buffalo tattoo ever created.

Howard, who is a tattoo artist at The Living Canvas Tattoo studio in Buffalo posted this latest tattoo on his Instagram page and it pretty much sums up what Buffalo is all about.
