Expect The Bills To Make These Big Moves Before The 2025 Season
The offseason is underway and people are making all kinds of predictions of what might go down at One Bills Drive.
The NFL Combine is here. Coaches, General Managers, and front office staff are talking to prospective players as we speak. The offseason is gearing up. With the NFL Draft starting on April 24th and free agency set to begin before that on March 12th, most teams are starting to make moves to mold their teams.
What will the Buffalo Bills do?
Brandon Beane and the Buffalo Bills tend to hold their cards pretty close going into this time period. They never want their plans to be known, but this year Bills fans believe is all about "Win Now!" They've got the reigning MVP in the prime of his career and they're going to want to make the most of it so this is the time to make a push.

Three Things To Expect From The Bills Before The 2025 Season Begins
1. Draft a defensive tackle
Don't be surprised if one of their first picks isn't a defensive tackle. The Bills are solid on offense. The defense needs some help. With Sean McDermott being a defensive-minded coach, you can expect him to want to address it. This draft is deep with quality defensive tackles and it's something that they value. Defensive linemen made a huge difference for the Eagles against the Chiefs in the Super Bowl. With DaQuan Jones on the last year of his contract, the Bills could use a guy up front who can disrupt plays and keep linemen off of their linebackers. Find a young guy that defenses have to plan for and see what a difference it makes for the rest of that defense.
2. Extend James Cook
They don't have to extend him for what he thinks he's worth, but to have a guy that makes as big of a difference for that offense as James does is priceless. Most will say that running backs are a dime a dozen and for most people I'd agree. James Cook has been special on this offense. Don't let him go.
3. Acquire a speedy receiver
They had a chance to grab one of the fastest guys in the NFL last year with Xavier Worthy. Instead, they let him go to Kansas City. But following comments made recently from head coach Sean McDermott, it feels like they're ready to let it fly with Allen. If you don't see them get someone in free agency, watch for them to draft someone later in the draft with some legs.
They will also have to address the entire secondary too. What do you think the Bills' big moves will be this offseason?
