Why has the Toyota Taste of Country been rescheduled?

This decision to move the show's date is based on the evolving COVID-19 public health threat, our ability to ensure the event does not contribute to the spread of the pandemic, and the impracticality of hosting such a large event in June given ongoing guidelines and protocols put forth by public health officials. We take the safety and health of our guests, staff, and community very seriously - it is our number one priority.

I can’t make the new date, can I get a refund?

Of course. Refunds will be possible and we will lay out the full policy when it's considered safe to once again conduct transactions with the general public. But for the moment, our partner, Sahlen Field, remains closed. Once we have guidelines from local and federal health officials, we’ll provide a full update on how you can obtain your refund.

I paid for my tickets with cash & can’t make the new date, how can I get a refund?

Please hold onto your tickets and our partners at Sahlen Field will be able to issue a refund when it's considered safe again to conduct transactions with the general public.

I paid with a credit card so why can’t I get a refund now?

You have our word that you’ll be able to get a refund. Sahlen Field is not open at this time and there’s no ability for their team who is working remotely to refund your order & take your ticket.
