The two individuals that got stuck appear to be two utility workers. When the call came into the Windom Fire Company, the two workers were stuck in a utility bucket about 75’ in the air.
Orchard Park Fire Company was requested in mutual aid to Windom on Tuesday night to Highmark Stadium where they found the two workers, still stranded in a utility bucket, hanging about 75' in the air.
The Southtowns Scanner broke the news on Facebook.
Orchard Park Firefighters used an aerial ladder tower to safely bring the two workers to the ground.

The Bills Mafia is getting so fiery about the big rematch between the Buffalo Bills and the Kansas City Chiefs. So much so, some of the Bills Mafia thought that the two people trapped in the stadium had to be someone from the Chiefs’ team, trying to get an inside scoop on Buffalo’s game plan.
That was not the case, and while I agree it was a wild assumption, you have to understand: those 13 seconds felt like days.
On a serious note, everyone is ok and there were no injuries to the workers.
