Tre’Davious White Plays Quarterback at Buffalo Bills Practice [VIDEO]
The Buffalo Bills are getting ready for The Washington Football Team this Sunday at Highmark Stadium. The game marks the first game against Washington since 2019 when the Bills won by a score of 24-9.
Bills head coach Sean McDermott spoke with the Buffalo media and said defensive tackle Star Lotulelei is dealing with a groin injury and did not practice on Wednesday. This is after Lotulelei has been dealing with a calf injury that caused him to miss the opener against the Steelers.
To lighten up the mood at practice, Bills cornerback Tre'Davious White, along with cornerback Levi Wallace, decided to play quarterback for a bit. Both players tried to hit net targets and let's just say Josh Allen has nothing to worry about.
They had a lot of fun with it.
The form looks pretty good from Tre. He has his arms up high so the release is quicker, and he rolls out well. The throws weren't on target, but perhaps with some more work with quarterbacks coach Ken Dorsey, they can clean that up.
Speaking of the Bills opponent this Sunday, Buffalo sports fans will see a familiar face. Former UB running back Jaret Patterson is now with Washington and made the roster as an undrafted free agent.
Patterson holds nearly every rushing record for UB and ran for over 400 yards in a game last season. He also is tied for the most touchdowns in a single game in NCAA history, with eight.
